Placed 2 orders on the 26th of January and like MANY others have had no tracking update and when I have tracked both orders myself like the rest of the reviews here have just seen it being in Germany and then in London.Also their customer service is a disgrace no answer to my emails just 'we will get back to you in 2 working days' do NOT bother with these total FRAUDS.

placed an order on 17th, no update on the tracking. Customer service advised that it was sent on 18th and blame it on the covid problems at the border with France... that’s a xmas gift that will not be under the tree tomorrow....

This would get minus stars if I could. Absolutely disgraceful service. Ordered a few pair of jeans for a special occasion, which has now passed. Absolutely ZERO information on product despatch and estimated delivery date. Several emails and a call to HQ in Denmark has not made any difference. Stores gloablly and Denmark HQ are receiving numerous calls daily and cannot do anything about it. Will never be ordering from here again. All fellow customers, feel free to flood the switchboard in Denmark and then maybe they'll act!!! Here's the number +4599423200.


Ordered two jackets April 15th. Since April 20th the tracking has remained the same and no word from this company. Terrible, never experienced such poor service online. I am currently chasing a refund but apparently will not hear from anyone between 6-8 working days.

Do not purchase from this Company if you think you may return your goods, Purchased a hoodie... returned early January advised after chasing early February that a refund was being processed and still waiting for a refund. Chased many times since......

So I ordered a parka coat two weeks ago. I only just received the item today but it’s a women’s tank top. I didn’t pay £35 for a black top. This is my first and last order from here. I just hope I get my refund.


Got a gift card for Xmas. Knew before I even tried that it wouldn't work on their site. 8 emails and three weeks later they say it hasn't even been activated.Don't have the energy for it. Not worth the hassle. Just write it off.Embarrassing.In response to your reply:- Already been through the whole email process and basically got a shrug of the shoulder. Not wasting any more time on it. Joke of a company.

My partner ordered a coat ,the money has been taken yet not had any communication regarding dispatch.We have emailed them and sent a WhatsApp message and had no reply from them.Paid through paypal so hopefully he will get his money back.We are not sending any more emails to their customer services as it seems you just get lied to so its a waste of time.We will wait another week and then contact paypal.Please do not order from this company as they do not respond to you and there are no phone lines open.Don’t be fooled by cheap prices and extra discounts as you probably wont even receive the goods you will just be out of pocket.

I ordered a pair of jeans on the 15th January, on line tracking shows that they have been at Frankfurt airport since 18th January. Every time I contact customer services I am told that they will get back to me within 2 days. I am still waiting.

I found delivery very quick and no complaints there. Issue over website not accepting a gift card but customer service went above and beyond to help me. Overall very happy with experience

Order placed on the 17th Dec 2020, received the shipment confirmation the next day but nothing since then. (It is now 1st Jan 21) Hermes website indicating that they are still expecting the parcel themselves. I can understand that sometimes there are all sort of problems appearing but communication would be appreciated.
